    This is the best Teriyaki place I've been to in the Sacramento area. I've been coming here 15-20 years.

    Their teriyaki sauce is not an overly thick and sweet sauce like many places. They make their own in house. I sometimes have them smother the rice in it, as it is (imo) delicious.

    The chicken is typically not over cooked and hard to chew. Usually just right, still soft enough to not make finishing a chore. Steak is also good. I go back and forth between them.

    Anyways, if you're in the mood for teriyaki I'd recommend stopping by and trying it out.

    Beef was dry
    Sauce was ok
    For the price everything was good. There are much better options to eat in this area for similar prices. It was average overall. You don't come here for the customer service. Their focused on their work.

    What a hidden gem! My boyfriend and I came here for lunch today and were not disappointed. Service was quick, the restaurant was clean, and the food was AMAZING!

    I ordered the tofu rice bowl (comes with veggies) and he ordered the honey chicken rice bowl. We couldn't stop saying "this is so good" between bites! We paid under $15 for two huge portions of food (he finished his, but I took the remaining 1/3 of mine to go).

    It is a bit of a "hole in the wall" restaurant-- but I recommend you come here for the amazing "homestyle" food at cheap prices, not the atmosphere.

    Stopped by Teriyaki Domo on Douglas for lunch.  Nice selection of curries, stir fry, grilled items and noodles.  The red curry in coconut milk with prawns and chicken was outstanding!  I look forward to returning and trying other items from the menu. Fast service and all house quality foods.

    I am obsessed with their spicy tuna rolls. They also have a good teriyaki chicken plate with broccoli and rice. The ladies are very nice and helpful. I appreciate that they ask if I need chopsticks and don't automatically load up my takeout with plastic ware. It reduces waste. We have metal chopsticks and silverware at home and prefer to use that.
